Atlantic Highlands Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Veterinarian to join our team in Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who values high-quality patient care, strong client relationships, and a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive medical care to companion animals, including wellness exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning
  • Performing routine surgical procedures and dental care as appropriate
  • Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and following hospital protocols
  • Collaborating with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure excellent patient care
  • Staying current with veterinary best practices and continuing education

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited veterinary school
  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice veterinary medicine in New Jersey
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
